What is a wedding coordinator?

You put so much time, effort, and money into your wedding day. You dream of a joyful, stress-free day where you marry your partner. And you want your wedding party to enjoy it too! BUT, like life, things happen. The florist messed up your floral arrangements. The shuttle back to the hotel was cancelled. One of the bridesmaid’s dress rips. It’s raining and you need umbrellas. Your outdoor reception is flooded. These are a few of the situations that have occurred during my time as a wedding coordinator. And I was able to find a solution to every one. That is part of my job.

I serve as a point of contact for vendors, your wedding party, and anyone else so that you and your partner can enjoy your wedding day.

But my services are not just for the big day. I will be here for you every step of the way. Through unlimited consultations, I am available to my clients for every concern. My wedding planning skills are at your disposal. I will coordinate a detailed timeline for the day of your wedding and see that everything runs smoothly. I contact your vendors prior to the wedding day to ensure everything is in place. I will be at the rehearsal to give instructions to the wedding party. I can set up the ceremony and reception venues. And any last minute errands you may need will be attended by myself (Need a coffee ASAP? Are the groomsmen starving? Is Uncle Bob stuck at the airport?)
